COVID-19 Updates

Glow Girl has always had excellent hand washing and hygiene practices.

We are informed about current best practices and will be implementing these extra procedures:

• Increased time between appointments to separate customers and allow for further cleaning of surfaces and implements.
• Face masks for staff and when appropriate for customers too. They are available for purchase in reception.
• We will still be accepting cash due to our proximity to sinks for hand washing.
• A Rapid Antigen Test is required for all facials.  These are provided by Glow Girl and you will need to arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to take this test.

Unfortunately we will need to implement our much resisted 30% cancellation policy. If you cannot be seen or cannot cancel your appointment with 8 hours notice we would appreciate you paying this amount.
